Long work hours with large work load with little to no promotion benefits unless worked 5+ years. Hires only Korean speaking people, unless scouted. Potentially illegal hiring activities. Work hours can range from 9AM - 7PM. Sales reps are expected to communicate constantly with Korean counterparts. Because of time differnce, work conversations can take place at 10pm. Hight authoritarian. No self-decision making is allowed.
