      - Competitive Salary, but only for Junior level. - Life Balance, but not supposed to go home before your boss gone

      Cons

      - Location Issue (no rule or standard to be dispatched) - Being forced to drink heavy alcohol 3 times a week. (even during a business hour) - OLD fashioned corporate culture (even physical violation and sexual harassment in work place) - leaders doesn't care about employees' career, they only care about their own short term benefit - bunch of meaningless paper work
