Pros
It’s nice that you have the option to work from home after six months and the job is pretty simple. I like what I do.
Cons
Upper leadership likes to act like they care about you but there’s nothing to benefit you, especially compensation wise. You barely get a cost-of-living raise every year and no bonuses. They talk about the culture, but there is none.
