Pros
My patients and co-workers. Being able to make a positive impact in someone else’s life on a daily basis. The emails with words of encouragement about how we are helping people and improving their health and well being.
Cons
Sometimes going into dangerous or dirty situations. The documentation takes too long. We keep hearing about an update that will make things better. We’re waiting. Some of those in leadership could use a little mentoring themselves.
