Pros

They are a very fair company and we are treated like family. We are given merit raises for our performance and have the chance to ask for things and it is reviewed by the upper levels and if possible changes are made.

Cons

We don't really get to know the people at home office. It was great getting to meet 3 of our fellow workers at our meet and great last month. Makes you feel good to get to talk on a one on one.

LHC group is a good company to work for. They offered training and support from management. I would say a solid company culture from my experience. I felt supported and checked on by my team.

Cons

Cons depend on the agency you work for. I had a good experience with my location and team.

Pros

Branch leadership excellent, Co-workers very helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

Low pay, Senior Leadership not in touch with branch workings. Benefits not the best - minimum PTO/Sick days. Major pressure to add patients and not worried about lack of staffing.
