Pros

I really enjoy working at LINX because I feel like they treat their employees as people and not just numbers. I've witnessed people being promoted from within and supporting their employees during difficult life situations.

Cons

There are definitely some cliques here. But if you get in with one of the cliques then you'll be taken care of.

They will pay you per diem to travel, but do not come in expecting to be provided the opportunity if you did not get signed on as a traveler. Also, I hear working for them in other states is a lot better.

Cons

Leadership at this company has displayed favoritism, racial bias and lack of integrity, transparency. Do not except a contracting role, do not go beyond your normal duty. You will not be rewarded. Do not accept any promotional responsibility without promotional pay. If you do want to work with this company you will have to know you are joining up with a wild bunch whose only care about their own bonuses and covering themselves.
