Pros
Honestly not a lot because my department was small. The other employees outside my dept were cool. ESOP plan was ok
Cons
They give 2 weeks total for vacation and sick leave. Literally the worst PTO I’ve ever seen in my life. Benefits beyond that suck as well. Terrible salary too. Don’t promote when they should
