Manager is very supportive, company morale is great, lots of opportunity for growth, lots of training opportunities, generally like all of my coworkers, 8 weeks paid maternity leave, 2 weeks paid paternity leave
Cons
Working from home isn’t really an option, salaries are increasing but aren’t as high as some competition
