      Pros

      Great team members that have helped train me and supported me in the field.

      Cons

      -In-dash, forward and outward facing cameras on company vehicles -Geotabs on company vehicles -Poor response time from leadership for urgent requests -Poor communication from leadership and management -Poor standard PTO package (2 weeks is not enough, start at 3 please!) -VERY low wages for experienced professionals. Many of us have two jobs to pay our bills.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
