Nothing really place is a horrible job to be in.

Cons

Management, pay, micromanagement, asking for time off is like pulling teeth, managers berate you for just the littlest mistake. They make you feel like you don't want to be there.

Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

Cons

Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
