      Pros

      Met great people and made friends, upper management is ran like the mob....the good employees are the pros management just abuses them!

      Cons

      Upper management is corrupt, if you catch them in a lie or disagree they will fire you, stay out of their way and keep your mouth shut...they only want those who will do favors or just obey like good little lap dogs...if you are strong willed, care about your people and the customers then you are not long for LKQ.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
