      The pay an hour's where great an the benifits

      Management let people bully people I wasn't threatened by an employee I came back cause I'm a man an the employee went an told on me got his buddies to lie on me an I got sent home an I was told he was getting punished too nothing happened an he kept calling me names stealing my tools an I would tell management nothing would happen so I had to put a two week notice in cause I couldn't keep working on stressful terms management has no balls at lkq Buffalo hopkins st

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
