      Pros

      Mondays are no more blues when it comes to work here at LKQ. where, you feel people around you are less of colleagues and more of friends. I joined this company as fresher. This company not only groomed me as professional but also shaped my career at best. I have been working at LKQ for almost 2 years. Overall, to be more precise I love working here.

      Cons

      Disciplinary approaches isn’t appropriate in all situations you have to come in formals and try to be on time.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
