      Pros

      It is what you make of it. If you work hard you will reap the rewards. Overall a good company to work for, ever growing and changing. The structure is there to make sure that everything is fair. Excellent benefits. Never work weekends.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
