      No room for advancement or raise in pay. The company does not uphold its promises. Poor Communication from Management. Expect 60+ hours per week including weekends.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
