      Schedule, minor OT if you're lucky

      Cons

      Pay, PTO policy is terrible. You don't not get a option to take a "no pay day" you're forced to use PTO.if you run out and need a day off, you go negative the owe it back.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
