      Poor Management, Legacy employees have zero accountability, Hostile work environment, High turnover rate. No clear direction for lower level staff creating a free-for-all.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
