      Can't name a single pro

      Local management is laughable. I was brought on in a hurry and given a start date before the hiring process was complete. Meaning my first 5 days were unaccounted for. I was assured a wage within an acceptable range and then when the hiring process finalized, I was given minimum wage. The lack of intelligence in the location is staggering and the fact that they claim being inundated when their bulk of the tiny operation can be handled in a matter of a couple hours.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
