      Lots of support by management. Let you do your thing and hold you responsible for outcome. Good pay and benefits. Willing to put money into the business unit.

      Cons

      Some of the company policies are not customer friendly (take it or leave it). Pricing structures are not localized. Can be slow to make key business decisions.

      Flexible, company vehicle, access to training, full benefits, decent team cohesion and management.

      Cons

      Corporate culture, little incentives to increase sales revenue, bonus targets unachievable for the position due to structure. Company vehicles are fully monitored with cabin facing cameras
