Pros
It is a Fulltime job in the tactical setting, however it is probably one of the worst contractors to work for. There are many others on the same contract / type of contracts who are much better.
Cons
Incredibly poor and unprofessional program management. I was shocked at how unprofessional the program manager was for the contract I worked on. They underpay and cut corners in every way possible in order to save money. They have hired coaches onto the project who do not even meet the required 3 years FULL-TIME experience which causes the coaches who do have experience to do more work to make up for their lack of ability. These same coaches who contribute little to nothing are also the first to call management to complain when in reality they should just be happy they even have a job paying the same amount as coaches who actually deserve to be there in the first place.
