Disappointing - Anonymous employee LONG Building Technologies Employee Review

It is unfortunate to read this. LONG makes a big focus on employee training so our employees have the opportunities to gain the knowledge they need and desire, so in addition to yearly training and conference opportunities, we also offer tuition reimbursement. Though our turnover isn't very high, we do acknowledge that it is costly and do everything we can to maintain a positive overall environment for all employees. We pride ourselves on putting our employees first and making sure their needs are met across the board. Should an employee ever have a complaint, both the managers and HR maintain an open-door policy and take any complaints very seriously. LONG has been voted a Top Workplace in 2015 and 2016 by our employees and will continue to meet and exceed the needs of our employees and maintain the standard of excellence that helped us reach that level.
