Poor company to work for - Installer LONG Building Technologies Employee Review

The Management is very poorly run. If you arent part of the popular crowd you don't mean anything to the management. The people that are coworkers are the ones that will stab you in your back every chance they get. Even though they preach about working as a team. They require you to travel out of town all the time and then don't give you enough perdiem to actually buy food when traveling. They also don't care about the safety of the said work vehicle that they provide you with. I worked there for three years and then got let go and didn't even get a reason why. Worst company to ever work for. They need to change their management and start caring about the employees that make the company money.
