Business Outlook
Pros
Great company that keeps its employees top of mind. LONG does so many things to help employees and positively impact our experience working here. There is structure in place to help us do our jobs better, but still has the family company feel to it too. Managers and top leaders are very accessible and approachable.
Cons
Because the business units can be so silo'd, there can be different experiences based on who you work for. The individual business units have done a better job over the years with communication between groups and working together, but there is still some opportunity there.
