      If you have a good Leader as a manager, you can be successful.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs and “do more with less. Positions are not approved for fill or backfill in a timely manner. Jobs are moving to their new facility in India.

      Pros

      Good work life balance and benefits are pretty good depending on management. Really the only thing that kept me here so long was the people in my team.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking compared to competitors. CEO makes 15 million and CFO makes 10 million, but they don't want to pay competitive wages. Senior Leadership in finance space have brought it up, but little to no change
