Pros

Very Quick hiring and there lies the Catch. Most of the jobs have been outsourced. So you never know when you will lose your job.

Cons

They fire employees as quickly as they hire. There is no steady HR policy. Low level employees in other Companies are brought in to high level managerial positions. Very corrupt top leadership. As the top level changes every 6 months they fire the subordinates under them and bring their friends from their previous place of employment. You never know when you will be fired. Very unreliable employer.

I loved my internship here. It was very immersive and everyone was very kind and supportive. Loved the team I worked with.

Cons

Could have been a bit more to do.

Pros

Good work life balance and benefits are pretty good depending on management. Really the only thing that kept me here so long was the people in my team.

Cons

Pay is lacking compared to competitors. CEO makes 15 million and CFO makes 10 million, but they don't want to pay competitive wages. Senior Leadership in finance space have brought it up, but little to no change
