Pros
Due to the small size of the company, I got to work on a lot of different things. As an intern with very little programming experience before hand, it was great because Mandy took 2 weeks to help me learn the basics.
Cons
Didn't believe in the company very much. I didn't get paid. A large portion of the work is done by unpaid interns.
