Pros

Pay and compensation is pretty competitive, considering internal promotions, yearly raises, bonuses and 401k contributions in addition to all of the benefits offered. Staff are friendly and seem to get a long well. Weekly lunch and learns are a great perk as well.

Cons

Honestly this is one of the best jobs I've ever had. There are always going to be issues, because no company or role is perfect. I think they are pushing to make positive changes in a variety of areas continuing to make it a great place to work.
