Is this your company?

I do not recommend this company to ANYONE! - Project Manager LSI Industries Employee Review

Pros

The pros no longer exist considering the positive people either quit or were laid off. There are more cons than anything in the Ohio and old RI branch.

Cons

Ever since LSI hired new upper management, the company pretty much went to crap. They do not appreciate any hard work and you will never hear a thank you. Company lunches? What are those? This company will not put money back into their employees as a thank you. Very unprofessional when they laid off employees in Woonsocket. Upper management once again didn't care to thank the employees who spent years working hard for them. A lot of salary employees would work crazy hours and never be compensated for them. I do not have anything nice to say about upper management. You only see them when they're about to fire someone and that's IF they have the guts to do so.

Pros

I've had a great experience working at LSI Industries so far. One of the biggest draws to LSI is it's continued growth. There are always opportunities for people that want to develop into a new role. The culture is another standout. People genuinely care about one another, and there is a strong sense of teamwork across the organization. Leaders are approachable, coworkers are willing to help, and everyone seems energized. There are many long-tenured employees who have strong resident knowledge and the new members bring fresh ideas and different perspectives. It works.

Cons

The company is growing quickly, so if you aren't willing to work with a sense of urgency, it may not be the best place for you.

Pros

Learning about graphics and meeting people with years of experience there.

Cons

Don’t expect a good raise or bonus. The company morale seems like everyone is over worked and just pushes jobs onto others. High turnover rate. Not enough employee appreciation.
