Pros
You'll definitely make sure you earn more money because you are constantly forced into overtime wether you need to leave on time or not. You'll also make lots of good friends since they'll be standing next to you for 10 hours a day (They will also talk about you behind your back because everyone hates their life here and would rather be dead)
Cons
Was hired on for full time 8 hour shifts and told overtime was rare and optional. I worked 10 hour days for 90% of my time spent there. The reasoning for overtime was because our work wasn't getting completed fast enough. We couldn't get orders done because machines were constantly breaking and we had to wait for maintenance to get there (which took forever), and they were also rolling out a new light that should have stayed as a prototype because it had so many bugs that had to be addressed while we all just stood around. Standing around however was against the rules. If something broke, you couldn't just stand there, you were handed a broom and told to sweep the line area. One day we swept the same 50 square feet for over 3 hours total.
