Pros
Management in this ever-growing company is good, and getting better. One bad apple has been removed and the company is flourishing as an outcome. LSI offers (and suggests) higher learning and to take advantage of educational courses. Full reimbursement is only one of the MANY benefits. 12 paid holidays per year. Who gets Presidents Day off? We do. Paid. Excellent benefits including medical and dental. And 2 bonuses for those who show their worth. But don't let the Pros confuse the hard work you have to do for LSI. It is a fast paced, high demand work environment. Often times you're working long hours. (10+) They recognize this and often buy food for you for your dedication. If you think of a black cloud, it will always pass. No job is perfect so if that black cloud arrives, it WILL go away and the sun will shine again. You can't expect to have great benefits, decent pay, and/or excellent PTO structure without earning it. If you're not willing to put in 100% all the time, don't apply here. And certainly don't throw a negative, CEO-bashing review when you didn't put in the work that was expected. Yes the turn around rate is high for some departments, but not all. Know your stuff and you'll be in great shape. You need to be able to produce from day 1. Its worth it!
Cons
Interdepartmental Communication is sadly inefficient. Lots of people working on the same projects and some things get lost in translation at times. A black cloud arrives sometimes...but it goes away relatively quickly. Don't let that scare you. Remember the Pros.
