Pros
I have worked at LTCG since 2003 and think it is a great place to work. It has grown tremendously but has maintained all the good things and culture of a small company - senior management very accessible to all employees, great opportunities for advancement and career growth and a feeling of team and family. The company continues to grow and expand which means more opportunity for not only the current staff but new hires as well.

With growth comes change and challenges but well worth what those mean to each associate
