Abhorrent senior leadership in the Carmel office. Leads by passive-aggressive approach and reacts to situations depending on the mood. Reprisal towards subordinate supervisory team when alternative style outside of immediate performance management is used towards disliked employees. Maintains unprofessional relationships with staff and acts on nepotism with impunity. Skip level meetings with staff, which created a lack of respect for direct supervisors and their direction. The senior leaders and their tenured staff deserve each other and the chaos they’ve created. Each department and various offices operate as separate companies and will quickly throw the other under the bus to avoid responsibility. The HR team and leadership conspire to ensure they can terminate employees without push back. I completely wasted my time trying to make a career at this place.
