Very bad - Senior Software Engineer LTM Limited Employee Review

Don't join this company as an experienced professional. They don't have projects, they will hire you and then keep you on bench for long, they have very bad bench policy. If you are unable to get into project in 6 mnths after joining then they will ask you to resign also if you get into a project and then got released then in the next two months you need to get into project otherwise you will be asked to resign. Here in the company it is your fault that you didn't get into project but the thing is they are not able to allocate into project
