Learning and Development: The company has a strong focus on learning and development, providing various resources and programs for employees to upskill and advance their careers. Career Opportunities: Being a large organization, it provides a wide range of career paths and opportunities for vertical and lateral movement within the company. Employee Benefits: Competitive salary packages, health benefits, and work-life balance initiatives (depending on the region and role) can be attractive aspects of working at LTIMindtree.

Cons

Work-Life Balance: Depending on the project and role, some employees may experience challenges in maintaining a healthy work-life balance due to demanding project timelines or client expectations. Bureaucracy and Processes: As with many large organizations, navigating through internal processes and bureaucracy can sometimes slow down decision-making and innovation. Communication Gaps: Given its size and global presence, there can be communication gaps between different levels of management and teams, affecting project coordination and employee engagement. Pros

None at this point — even the one thing that held some value (2-day hybrid schedule) is being taken away.

Cons

Salary is well below market compared to other third-party/staffing companies in this space. Upper management promotes based on loyalty and submissiveness rather than competence, which shows in how projects are run. Poor management decisions have led to losing multiple projects/clients. Heavy workload with no corresponding salary increases — raises don't keep pace with the demands. Little to no work culture; feels transactional rather than supportive. Benefits declined significantly after the merger with LTI and Mindtree. Before that, this was a genuinely good place to work with strong benefits. Overall, hard to recommend as a place to build a long-term career.
