Bad merging - Cloud and Infrasrtucutre Engineer LTM Limited Employee Review

after the merging to the LTI.. Mindtree has suffered a downgrade for the employees. They have removed many benefits and have not improved increasing salaries. This company is going from bad to worst. The people that gets promoted are not the most qualified or productive but the ones that are closer and doing favors to upper management. working at the office is a waste of time. I would not recommend working at this company to any of my friends
