Pros

Remote work culture is there since the company started. They used to have lots of projects and jobs were quite secure. Attrition rate used to be less. But no pros right now after LTI merger. They hate their old Mindtree employees. May be good for lateral joiners now. But the LTI people did not deserve to lead and manage Mindtree employees. Mindtree employees were way talented than LTI.

Cons

Low salary hike.

Pros

None at this point — even the one thing that held some value (2-day hybrid schedule) is being taken away.

Cons

Salary is well below market compared to other third-party/staffing companies in this space. Upper management promotes based on loyalty and submissiveness rather than competence, which shows in how projects are run. Poor management decisions have led to losing multiple projects/clients. Heavy workload with no corresponding salary increases — raises don't keep pace with the demands. Little to no work culture; feels transactional rather than supportive. Benefits declined significantly after the merger with LTI and Mindtree. Before that, this was a genuinely good place to work with strong benefits. Overall, hard to recommend as a place to build a long-term career.
