      Good culture Good people This is generally a good environment to wake upto and I’d 100% recommend it

      Cons

      Communication at Ltv is wanting…how to upper management communicates with the rest of the teams is so inefficient. Also, they may fail to listen to your opinions on what shifts you’d prefer..which goes against their values

      Pros

      Culture is positive, respectful, and centered on doing the right thing. Team is collaborative and transparent and refreshingly, no big egos. Leadership listens and regularly implements feedback. Fully remote, flexible environment with teammates around the world

      Cons

      Remote setup requires good personal discipline and communication and cross-time-zone collaboration can require flexibility.
