      Pros

      The CEO has a good plan for the company but the operations team do not. They pay on time.

      Cons

      Do not leave your job for LTV. They are currently hiring but they are terminating current employees due to lack of jobs/ campaigns. They have a large number of employees who do not have jobs/ campaigns so they are not being paid. They only want to meet their target of 1000 employees by the end of the year. The HR and Operations have a serious disconnect.

      Pros

      Culture is positive, respectful, and centered on doing the right thing. Team is collaborative and transparent and refreshingly, no big egos. Leadership listens and regularly implements feedback. Fully remote, flexible environment with teammates around the world

      Cons

      Remote setup requires good personal discipline and communication and cross-time-zone collaboration can require flexibility.
