Pros
Lot of vacation and benefits. Great company if you want to do the bare minimum and get paid for the next 40 years because they never fire poor talent.
Cons
Pay is terrible. They do not develop you so after 3-5 years you’ll be obsolete or falling behind. They are the first ones to say they are not high on salary and barely bring you to the bottom of the pay range. They would rather reward a low performer who plays politics than a high performer. The work is simply not rewarding.
