Pros
1. Great product, fairly easy to sell 2. Very competitive comp structure 3. Culture of the founders is amazing. Fun to have them around and as involved as they are. 4. Work life balance prioritized while still having a culture of performance. 5. Company stocks and benefits are great
Cons
1. Founders and management can lack sympathy for individual contributors because it was so much harder for them starting out. 2. It's unfortunately starting to lose some of the bootstrap culture and comradery now that it's growing so big and having so many employees joining. Necessary because we're so big now, just a little sad to see some of that starting to fade. 3. Now that we're getting so big and hiring some many people it definitely seems like the higher positions are requiring a lot more experience, meaning that the more time goes by it gets harder and harder to move up in the sales organization quicker.
