      Pros

      LVT is a great place to work. They have a mission, it's very clear, and progress for you, your career, and the company's success makes it always driven by the mission. LVT's culture is amazing - I love it.

      Cons

      None yet, some of the benefits could be a little better, but that's a very small "con".

      Pros

      Great perks/benefits, exciting growth, top performing talent. It's at that fun stage where they have the infrastructure and resources of an established company, but there's definitely still a scrappy startup mentality due to the rapid growth that they're experiencing. So if you're a creative problem-solver, it's a great place to be.

      Not very many to be honest.

      Pros

      Very good culture, great leadership and great product

      Cons

      Lots of changes with accounts and territories, then changing again. Really bad SFDC data leading to teams working accounts out of vertical which can be annoying (smb vs midmarket vs enterprise etc). But once they figure out the final changes and commit to something, I think it'll be great.
