Horrible pay Horrible director - never had a schedule in the year and a half I worked there. Texted at 10pm the time for the next day. For 4 months in a row, I was told one time the night before and called at 6am to come in early. Got to work and would not be allowed to clock in because there weren't enough kids. Be sent on break then come back and work less then an hour and be sent home. Work less then an hour and be sent on break (because it was convenient then) then have to work 7+ hours without break. No materials for activities, no support for extra help. Always out of ratio and director didn't care if it was not the infant room.
