I enjoy taking care of the children and buildings relationships with the families.
Cons
The entire company, under staffing, call outside, poverty wages, have had my pay stiffed several times. They don't even budget enough for us to have a kitchen staff or food budget for proper meals for the children. Management expects us to lie to parents which I refuse to do, about everything from illnesses going around to incidents. We are worked to the bone for pennies. I better not hear a word about competitive wages, I cannot even afford a simple studio apartment. I am an adult working overtime most weeks yet I must walk to work and rent a room just to get by as I cannot afford even my own transportation if I want to eat. Treat your people who actually put in the time and hard work better. Do better. Be better. Pay us more. It's not enough.
