      Pros

      M-F schedule and some holidays off. Nice Equipment provided Good medical benefits with onsite clinic

      Cons

      Very horrible communication from management to dispatch to drivers. Scheduling system is non existent. Route pay vs training pay difference was very slight. Hardly noticed a difference on paycheck. No room for upward movement.
