Pros

The recruitment department where helpful.

Cons

I completed the initial phone vetting process and was subsequently offered an interview. However, on the day of the interview, I received a call just three hours beforehand informing me that it had been cancelled because the vacancy was being put on hold. This was handled in an unprofessional manner and showed a lack of consideration for candidates’ time and preparation. It seems likely that the role had been advertised without confirmed budget approval, particularly given it was close to year-end, yet the process was allowed to continue regardless.

Pros

It has taught me what I do not want in an employer It gave me experience for way better opportunities It made me realize that being a good worker doesn’t always mean being rewarded

Cons

When injured from being overworked and exhausted , they treated me like trash When compassion fatigue hit— they judged and questioned whether I belonged there rather than understood People make up rumors about you even if you didn’t do anything (it’s like a catty high school in there) Having one bad day constitutes you getting pulled in the office to be scolded If you’re a good worker, and you get your stuff done efficiently, they stuff you with more work Many individuals treat the animals like trash and are covered up by management if they are the “favorites” Most of the trainers there are absolutely catty people and will talk behind your back if you’re “too slow” or “not learning fast enough”
