Pros

Pay is ok and benefits are great. Beautiful campus with a surprisingly good cafeteria. It's like walking through a museum. Not very high expectations. Nice co-workers

Cons

Very top heavy with managers that don't know anything about what is happening below them. Little to no training. They fire employees for no reason quite often. Also, lots of people are laid off due to "restructuring". will talk about opportunity for advancement but it seems to be pretty limited unless you are groomed for a position. They will also go through the entire hiring process; posting and announcing a position and interviewing at 3 hours a pop; and then hire the pre-selected person. They seem to have no qualms with lying to you. A lot of the things that were said just didn't add up. They prefer people that do not rock the boat or question what is going on. Terrible and in some cases no processes in place. Expect to be in meetings about nothing for at least 5 hours a week. Poor communication. Managers have no issue leaving early while you work overtime and weekends. Too much work at times. Sometimes they don't replace people who have left or been fired.

Pros

It has taught me what I do not want in an employer It gave me experience for way better opportunities It made me realize that being a good worker doesn’t always mean being rewarded

Cons

When injured from being overworked and exhausted , they treated me like trash When compassion fatigue hit— they judged and questioned whether I belonged there rather than understood People make up rumors about you even if you didn’t do anything (it’s like a catty high school in there) Having one bad day constitutes you getting pulled in the office to be scolded If you’re a good worker, and you get your stuff done efficiently, they stuff you with more work Many individuals treat the animals like trash and are covered up by management if they are the “favorites” Most of the trainers there are absolutely catty people and will talk behind your back if you’re “too slow” or “not learning fast enough”
