Pros

-Friendly employees (non-management), some very nice people working here. -Free lab testing for all employees.

Cons

-Very poor management. -No growth, definite glass ceiling. -No company events or company moral. -Upper management will speak a different language in front of you (so you won't understand them). -Alienated and negative work environment, large turnover rate. -Company never closes, you lose vacation in severe weather situations. (only 6 paid holidays). -High expectations and no employee recognition. -No coaching, or career guidance from management. -Too many double standards, some employees can work from home, but certain employees cannot. -Stock price keeps going up, but none of these profits/bonuses get passed to regular employees.

Pros

It has taught me what I do not want in an employer It gave me experience for way better opportunities It made me realize that being a good worker doesn’t always mean being rewarded

Cons

When injured from being overworked and exhausted , they treated me like trash When compassion fatigue hit— they judged and questioned whether I belonged there rather than understood People make up rumors about you even if you didn’t do anything (it’s like a catty high school in there) Having one bad day constitutes you getting pulled in the office to be scolded If you’re a good worker, and you get your stuff done efficiently, they stuff you with more work Many individuals treat the animals like trash and are covered up by management if they are the “favorites” Most of the trainers there are absolutely catty people and will talk behind your back if you’re “too slow” or “not learning fast enough”
