Pros

Decent benefits and many departments work hybrid or primarily remote.

Cons

Low pay makes it impossible to afford living in LA. Lakeshore talks a lot of talk about employee retention, loyalty, and caring like a family about it's employees. Didn't stop them laying off people who'd given 10 years or more.

Pros

Well organized Rich market opportunities Strong support Best products

Cons

Large organization. Sales process, reporting, and expectations are set for the lowest common denominator. More experienced sales people will find it to be micromanagement. The CRM is a mess and creates duplicate work frequently. Runs like the work being done is an emergency. It is not. Work life balance is the slogan but not practiced
