Pros

- Amazing team to work with - Travel - pay

Cons

- Work life balance is nonexistent - Management will place themselves on a large project with you. Ditch you for "Meetings" the entire project. Then show up at the end once you've done all the hard work. - High burnout - Stressful working conditions (Volatile temp workers or angry customers) - Little to no notice for travel - Setting commission unlocks at unobtainable levels - Tight deadlines with pressure to finish early - Some territories have little to no support leaving you to fend for yourself on deliveries. - Working many weekends and holidays - Inconsistencies with management leading to confusion

Pros

Well organized Rich market opportunities Strong support Best products

Cons

Large organization. Sales process, reporting, and expectations are set for the lowest common denominator. More experienced sales people will find it to be micromanagement. The CRM is a mess and creates duplicate work frequently. Runs like the work being done is an emergency. It is not. Work life balance is the slogan but not practiced
