      Pros

      Transparency Opportunity to grow Focused on US Staffing/RPO wonderful tools like CPX for US staffing and Backoffice. Training and guideline for everyone and "right to disagree policy" either convince or get convinced, which I like it personally. Life's too short to be in the wrong job, so make it count!

      Cons

      Delay in execution of planning sometimes.
